OCTOBER 2023
MINI SESSIONS

Koselig (adjective): cosy, pleasant, nice.
Pronounced “co-za-lee”.
Koselig means cosiness and that’s what my mini family sessions are all about. You, the kids, and me getting to know each other and enjoying all the fun stuff of life. Family photography, but real.

Just Relax
I’m Kristin, a Lenzie Family Photographer, I shoot big kids, little kids, teeny tiny babes in arms, and happy parents. These sessions are about you and your kids being totally authentic and wild and free. You, the kids, messy hair, sticky fingers, chocolate chops, and that look in their eye that makes you know they’re having fun. Don’t worry about keeping their outfit pristine. When I’m not photographing families, I’m usually corralling my own. I’ve got three kids, with 12 years between youngest and oldest, so I know how to entertain toddlers with my chicken impressions, and when to shut up and just listen to a teenager.

FAQS

How much are the sessions?
The mini photo sessions are £75 for 30 minutes.
Can I bring my pet dog?
Sure! As long as you can remain in control of your dog during the session, then four-legged friends are always welcome. Don’t forget to bring poo bags, treats and a toy or whatever motivates them with you!
Can I bring my extended family?
No. As the sessions are short, they are designed specifically for two adults plus up to three kids. If you want to have a full family photo session with your extended family, then get in touch as I offer those separately.
What will happen if it rains?
There’s a Norwegian saying, “Det finnes ikke dårlig vær, bare dårlig klær!” which means there’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing. Wrap up with puddle suits, waterproofs, wellies, rain coats or a brollie. Unless there’s a Met office weather warning, then the sessions will be going ahead. In this instance, I’ll let you know of an alternative date for your session.
What do we get back from the session?
You get an online gallery with the edited images. This will exclude all the bloopers, and be the best photos we have from your session. You can then download high resolution copies of your favourite five images. You will be able to print from these or share them online.
Can I buy additional images afterwards?
Absolutely. You can opt to buy additional high-resolution or prints from your session which you’ll see in your gallery.
Do you photoshop the photos afterwards?
I don’t do retouching or airbrushing, but I do edit the photos lightly to make them look good.
What happens if we are late to the session?
Please be on time for your allocated session. If you’re late, then you may lose out on your time slot or have less time for your session, as I will need to go to see my next booking. There are no partial or full refunds for late shows.
What happens if we cancel?
You can cancel up until 24 hours in advance of the session – I retain £20 for booking and admin, but will refund the difference.
